The Art of Letting Go course
SAT November 22 | 10am - 1pm
with Gen Kelsang Chokyi, Resident Teacher
What won’t we let go of? Being right? Justified for holding on to the negative narrative? In this course, we will explore the art of letting go based on reality and the beautiful mind of acceptance.

“For example, many of our relationship problems arise because we do not accept our partner as he or she is. In these cases the solution is not to change our partner into what we would like him to be, but to accept him fully as he is." - Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche

What to expect? Gentle guided meditations, short teachings as well as Q&A in the last session. Everyone can benefit from this course— you don't have to be Buddhist to participate.
$25/adults
$40/30days [first time members]
