PLEASE follow the steps below to optimize your connection:

Step 1
Connect at least 15 minutes before class. Connect with a compatible browser: the best browsers for Vimeo are Chrome and Firefox, and Internet Explorer; Safari generally works also. Please try the browser that works best for you.

Step 2
Close additional browser windows: don’t simultaneously run programs that use a lot of energy, like Spotify, Netflix and others.

Step 3
Watch from a private window in order to eliminate browser settings and customizations that can conflict with the livestream

Chrome > File > New Incognito Window > Paste your login link and type password and see if it now works
Firefox > File > New Private Window > Paste your login link and type password and see if it now works
Safari > File > New Private Window > Paste your login link and type password and see if it now works

Step 4
Clear your browser cache – doing so regularly helps all applications run better
Chrome: close all windows then click Chrome > clear browsing data

Firefox: close all windows then click history > clear recent history

Safari: close all windows then click clear history

Step 5
Close down your entire computer and re-open before connecting in order to resolve any temporary issues that can cause problems.

Step 6
Turn your internet connection off and on again to reset and reboot.

Step 7
The most common cause of not having sound playback is because your player is muted. The live stream will be muted by default and you must click on the ‘CLICK TO UNMUTE’ button — or anywhere in the player — to enable sound. **Please note that during class live streams the sound in the meditation room will be off or very low until the teacher turns on the microphone and begins class.

Step 8
Refresh your browser and refresh your mind and repeat.

Step 9
If your live stream player on your device keeps getting interrupted/pausing/stopping refresh the browser window.

Step 10
Try watching from a different location in your home that has a stronger wifi signal.

Step 11
Since the live stream is in high definition. If you have a slow or unstable internet connection, you can lower the quality of the live stream to compensate. This will reduce the amount of data being sent and allow you to watch with fewer interruptions. How to do this?
1. Click on the gear icon in the bottom right corner of the live stream player window.
2. Select a lower quality resolution (240p or 360p for a slow connection).
