Creating Stability in Your Mind course

SAT November 15 | 10am - 1pm

with Gen Kelsang Chokyi, Resident Teacher

A stable mind is dependent on shifting our perspective with wisdom. In the context of using the five forces, Gen Chokyi will explore how learning to believe that the happiness and freedom of others is equally as important as our own  will create a mind as stable as a mountain.

What to expect? Gentle guided meditations, short teachings as well as Q&A in the last session. Everyone can benefit from this course— you don't have to be Buddhist to participate.

$25/adults
$40/30days [first time members]

SCHEDULE
