beginner friendly guided meditation retreat
SAT May 16 | 10am - 12pm
with Kaitlyn Brayton Sturbaum, Kadampa Teacher
Ever wondered why things happen the way they do? This retreat explores how we can begin to unlock the meaning of karma — Buddha’s profound and practical explanation of cause and effect.
By understanding karma, we can let go of guilt and blame, make sense of our experiences, and learn how to create the causes for real happiness and peace of mind.
In this beginner-friendly retreat, you will:
– Discover how karma influences your life and how you can shape your future.
– Learn to let go of guilt and blame, freeing your mind and heart.
– Gain practical tools to transform your thoughts and actions in everyday life.
What to expect? Gentle guided meditations, short teachings as well as Q&A in the last session. Everyone can benefit from this course— you don't have to be Buddhist to participate. Everybody welcome!
