Less Stress Holiday course​

‘Tis the season to be jolly…not stressed. Why do we get stressed during the holidays and feel drained at the end? It’s the way we are focusing our attention, usually we are outwardly driven. Come take a break and relax inward to experience how we can navigate the holidays with less stress and more authentic joy.

What to expect? Gentle guided meditations, short teachings as well as Q&A in the last session. Everyone can benefit from this course— you don't have to be Buddhist to participate.

BOOKS & CDs
This retreat will be using the book How to Transform Your Life by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. It's not required to have these books, but some people like to have them on hand during the event or read more afterward. You can purchase books in our Bookstore & Shop.

TEACHER
Wes Steele started studying Kadam Dharma in Singapore over 10 years ago. He returned to Indiana to be close to his family and lives in Bloomington. Wes enjoys sharing Dharma with warmth, insight and joy. He has been a student on the Foundation Program at KMC Bloomington for 5 years and teaches the lunchtime meditations on Friday as well as volunteering as one of the teachers on Sunday mornings.
