Whether you are new to meditation or you've been practicing for a while come enjoy connecting with peace of mind through meditation based on ancient wisdom for modern times. Drop into a class or engage in the six-week series to receive the most benefit. Each class will have two guided meditations, a short talk and time for Q&A — everyone is welcome.

You don't need to be Buddhist to benefit from these precious teachings. Each class includes a relaxing breathing meditation, a teaching, a contemplative meditation, and a closing dedication. Each class can be attended individually or as a series.

This 60-minute meditation class will be based on How to Transform Your Life by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. Wednesday night is taught by Gen Kelsang Chokyi.
