Embrace Change: Find Your Purpose course

with Kaitlyn Brayton, Senior Kadampa Teacher

SAT September 27 | 10am - 1pm

Perhaps we are unable to change because we feel stuck and upset by changes happening externally and internally that feel out of our control. Maybe we are unable to articulate what’s the precise obstacle to us changing?

Come explore how a clear purpose can facilitate navigating and embracing change. In this course, we will discover where our stuck feelings are coming from, and get some tools on how to view it in a beneficial, empowering and purposeful way.

What to expect? Gentle guided meditations, short teachings as well as Q&A in the last session. Everyone can benefit from this course— you don't have to be Buddhist to participate.

$25/adults
$40/30days [first time members]
