A Life that Truly Matters beginner retreat
SAT October 24 | 10am - 1pm
with Gen Kelsang Chokyi, Resident Teacher
We can ask ourself, “What’s the point?” Why do we wake up in the morning and get out of bed? And, what can inspire us when we don’t feel like getting out of bed? What is the compass of our life? At the end of the day what really matters?
In this retreat, Gen Chokyi will explore:
> How do intentions create your life?
> What intentions make a life that is meaningful and matters vs intentions that obstruct us
> How you can ignite a positive intention to fuel your day, and ultimately your life
What to expect? Gentle guided meditations, short teachings as well as Q&A in the last session. Everyone can benefit from this course— you don't have to be Buddhist to participate.
