The Healing Power of Change
beginner friendly guided meditation retreat

SAT June 27 | 10am - 12pm

with Wes Steele, Kadampa Teacher

Change can bring up various emotions for everyone. Some people resist change out of fear and anxiety of the unknown.

Join Wes Steele, Kadampa Teacher, to explore how to shift your perspective about change with the healing medicine of Buddha’s teachings on the four powers. These four methods give clear methodology for bringing about skillful and courageous change.

What to expect? Gentle guided meditations, short teachings as well as Q&A in the last session. Everyone can benefit from this course— you don't have to be Buddhist to participate.
Everybody welcome!
