Change can bring up various emotions for everyone. Some people resist change out of fear and anxiety of the unknown.
Join Wes Steele, Kadampa Teacher, to explore how to shift your perspective about change with the healing medicine of Buddha’s teachings on the four powers. These four methods give clear methodology for bringing about skillful and courageous change.

What to expect? Gentle guided meditations, short teachings as well as Q&A in the last session. Everyone can benefit from this course— you don't have to be Buddhist to participate. Everybody welcome!

This retreat will be using the book Joyful Path of Good Fortune Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. It's not required to have these books, but some people like to have them on hand during the event or read more afterward. You can purchase books in our Bookstore & Shop.

TEACHER
Wes has been a student of Kadam Dharma for many years. He recently moved back to Indiana from Singapore and has lived in many countries around the world. He is a sincere and devoted practitioner who is known for his practical and kind-hearted approach to teaching Buddhism and meditation. He is on Foundation Program at KMC Bloomington.
