Who doesn't need peace of mind? And, of course when we have it, we value it immensely. Precious moments of time. But, what if you didn't have to wait for a few fleeting moments of peace? What if we could create our peace of mind?

Come explore how to generate and enhance peace of mind purposefully. When our mind is focused appropriately in a positive way, like having consideration for others, then we are content and free from disturbing thoughts.

"When our mind is peaceful we are happy all the time, even if our external conditions are poor. On the other hand, when our mind is not peaceful we are not happy, even if our external conditions are excellent. We can understand this through our own experience.” - Geshe Kelsang Gyatso

What to expect? Gentle guided meditations, short teachings as well as Q&A in the last session. Everyone can benefit from this course— you don't have to be Buddhist to participate.
