About The Event


To deepen our compassion and love for others, we will explore the profound and healing practice of "taking and giving." We will use our breath to take on the suffering of ourself and others as well as give the love of pure happiness. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso says, "Everything begins in the imagination." This meditation practice imagines the future result and creates the causes for the effect to happen. It deepens our ability to transform challenges and heal our body and mind. In this series, we will explore how to heal our relationship with ourself and others.

May 4 - Connecting Our Breathe & Mind

May 11 - Breathing Love

May 18 - Breathing Joy

May 25 - Taking and Giving: A Daily Practice

This 60-minute meditation class will be based on Eight Steps to Happiness by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and is taught by Gen Kelsang Chokyi, Resident Teacher.
