We offer a variety of meditation classes throughout the week online and onsite. Suitable for everyone, these drop-in meditation classes are part of our General Program. These classes offer simple, practical methods to improve the quality of our lives and develop inner peace.By training in meditation, we create an inner space and clarity that enables us to control our minds regardless of the external circumstances. Gradually we develop mental equilibrium, a balanced mind that is happy all the time, rather than an unbalanced mind that oscillates between the extremes of excitement and despondency.

Kadampa Meditation Center Bloomington offers meditation classes, an in-depth study program, chanted prayers, talks, and retreats. Our classes are open to everyone, regardless of background or previous experience. We have in-person classes as well as continuing with our live stream meditation classes.  However, due to social distancing, there is limited seating, please register for in-person classes.
