Join hundreds of people from around the United States to receive the empowerment of Thousand-armed Avalokiteshvara, the embodiment of the universal compassion of all enlightened beings. By receiving his blessings in this empowerment, we can deepen our experience of compassion and come closer to a lasting answer to all our and others' problems at KMC New York.

We all want to be happy, even during sleep. How can we do this? We can do this through training in meditation. Meditation makes our mind peaceful, and when our mind is peaceful we are happy all the time, even if our external conditions are poor. On the other hand, when our mind is not peaceful we are not happy, even if our external conditions are excellent. Without inner peace, outer peace is impossible — everyone needs meditation.

The Power of Meditation

  • Learn to meditate – we offer meditation programs with highly qualified teachers to guide you along the path

  • Help others – develop the wish to love and cherish all living beings equally

  • Be happy – realize the true nature of all phenomena with a light and happy mind

Participate at any level and enjoy more inner peace, clarity and a good heart. From simple meditation techniques to reduce stress and anxiety through in-depth study programs, practice proven methods to solve the problems of daily life and find true, lasting happiness.
