MEDITATION CLASSES at KMC Bloomington
In person and live stream
We offer a variety of meditation classes throughout the week online and onsite. Suitable for everyone, these drop-in meditation classes are part of our General Program. These classes offer simple, practical methods to improve the quality of our lives and develop inner peace.By training in meditation, we create an inner space and clarity that enables us to control our minds regardless of the external circumstances. Gradually we develop mental equilibrium, a balanced mind that is happy all the time, rather than an unbalanced mind that oscillates between the extremes of excitement and despondency.
