We all want a happy life, free from problems and discomforts. How is it possible to find a happy, meaningful life in such a complex and busy world? We need to first explore the real nature of our problems and what are their main causes. When we recognize that our problems do not exist outside the mind, we can use our discomfort to create a happy, peaceful mind through meditation.

“Happiness and suffering are opposites, so if something is a real cause of happiness it cannot give rise to suffering.”
                                                   — Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche

What to expect? Gentle guided meditations, short teachings as well as Q&A in the last session. Everyone can benefit from this retreat — you don't have to be Buddhist to participate.
