Freedom from Painful Emotion Series:
Transforming Depression Workshop

SAT, Jan 15 | 10am - 1pm

with Gen Kelsang Chokyi

Depression is painful. Perhaps, you have felt occasionally blue like an undercurrent of water or maybe you’ve struggled daily with depression.  Using Buddha’s wisdom, we can learn to recognize these habitual minds functioning and shift our perspective with wisdom to who we are and the nature of these painful feelings.

Discover Buddha’s specific teachings to learn how to transform adverse conditions, so every challenging situation can become a source of authentic personal growth. By radically changing our mental attitude, we can learn how to unlock our potential for emotional freedom, and happiness.

The course is suitable for everyone, including beginners. The workshop includes teaching and time for meditation. Everyone is welcome!
