Mondays, 6:00 – 6:45 pmMeditate to escape the busyness and stress of daily life and discover for yourself the peace of meditation. Each week we will cover different topics, such as how to improve our mindfulness and concentration, reduce anger and anxiety, or improve our love for others. These meditations are suitable for all levels of experience. Each class will consist of a guided breathing meditation, a practical 15 minute teaching, and a concluding meditation.The Teacher:Kelsang Namdrol is an American Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center Bloomington. She has been studying, practicing and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for many years. Namdrol brings a warm heart and a joyful attitude to sharing Buddha’s teachings and the practice of meditation.
