Join us for a relaxing guided meditation. Each week we will cover different topics ranging from the development of compassion to improving our mindfulness and concentration. These meditations are suitable for all levels of experience. Each class will consist of a practical 15 minute teaching followed by a 30 minute guided meditation. Everyone welcome!
