Imagine. Transform. Inspire. Meditation functions to keep our mind peaceful. When our mind is peaceful, we are happy. The process of meditating formally and integrating into daily life harnesses our imagination to transform and inspire our mind in the most positive way.
"Inner peace, or mental peace, is the source of all our happiness."
- Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche
In this retreat, Gen Chokyi will explore what is meditation, how to meditate and the benefits of meditation in a formal practice and integrating into daily life.
You can to register online or in person at KMC Bloomington's reception.
