Breathe Easy: How to Manage Stress & Anxiety retreat
SAT Apr 12 | 10am - 1pm

with Gen Kelsang Chokyi

Even during the best of times, we can be prone to bouts of stress and anxiety. However, we may be that person who is stuck in anxiety or easily stressed out. How do we manage it?
First, we need breathing meditations that will connect us with a peaceful mind and then we need wisdom to shift our perspectives to re-focus and release ourself from being bound to stressful and anxious thoughts.
The retreat includes guided meditations, short teachings as well as Q&A in the last session. Everyone can benefit from this retreat — you don't have to be Buddhist to participate.
