Healing the Mind
Morning Retreat
SAT, Oct 14
10am- 1pm

Gen Kelsang Chokyi
Resident Teacher
Our mind is our greatest healer. The most effective way to heal our mind is by integrating qualified Lamrim (stages of the path to enlightenment) meditations into our daily life.
The eleven reversals indicate successful training in eleven key Lamrim meditations and practices by showing what negative attitudes and thoughts are ‘reversed’ at each stage. These eleven reversals guide us to help us change unhelpful thought patterns into healthy, beneficial ways of thinking and behaving.
In this retreat, Gen Chokyi will share key insights from Gen-la Khyenrab's transmission at the Fall Festival 2023 at KMC Spain. It will be beneficial, but not necessary for you to attend the International Fall Festival 2023 online, click here to explore more information and register.
You can to register for the morning retreat online or in person at KMC Bloomington.
