with Gen Kelsang Chokyi
Resident Teacher

Do you feel overwhelmed by life’s demands? Do you wish you could have more peace of mind?
Join Gen Kelsang Chokyi for a short meditation retreat to explore what is the real cause of peace of mind, what obstructs our inner peace and how we can generate and maintain a more peaceful mind at work, home and in our community using meditation.
“Without inner peace, outer peace is impossible. We all wish for world peace, but world peace will never be achieved unless we first establish peace within our own minds. ”
- Geshe Kelsang Gyatso
Everyone is welcome to come to this workshop; no meditation experience is necessary.
