Basics of Buddhist Meditation
Mini Mediation Retreat in silence

SAT, Mar 25

10am- 1pm

Unplug and enjoy a morning of silence with these precious meditations being guided by Gen Kelsang Chokyi.

Buddha’s teachings, also called Dharma, means protection. These ancient teachings are modern. We can apply Lamrim meditations to our challenges in daily life to protect our minds and shift from being stressed and discouraged. Thus, we can learn through practicing meditation how to become our own protector.

Everyone is welcome to come to this retreat; no meditation experience is necessary.
