Does your mind feel busy? Perhaps even problems sleeping at night or focusing your attention? Meditation functions to focus the mind on a virtuous or positive object and functions to generate peace of mind. In this retreat, we will explore the powerful meditations of Mahamudra to experience mental clarity and inner peace by meditating on our mind itself.

When the turbelence of distracting thoughts subsides and our mind becomes still,
a deep happiness and contentment naturally arises from within.

Everyone can benefit from these timeless teachings that are practical and modern!
