I Can('t) Settle My Mind
Mini Mediation Retreat in Silence

SAT, June 17

10am- 1pm

Perhaps we may think that we can't meditate because our mind is our schedule is full or we are just anxious and overwhelmed a lot. Gen Kelsang Chokyi will guide meditations to illuminate within your own experience how you can settle your mind.

In this retreat, we will explore methods to reduce stress, worry and feeling overwhelmed. Additionally, she will focus on how to meditate, the benefits of meditation and a daily meditation practice.
