Our daily life is filled with so much information, activity, technology, and competing demands. At the end of the day we can feel scattered, stressed, and emotionally unsettled. Over time we can carry a lot of stress and adopt unhealthy habits. Although we are more digitally connected than ever before, we are increasingly disconnected from our peace of mind. 
 

In this half day of guided meditation and talks, you will find the space and time to truly de-stress and connect with an inner balance and inner peace. Join us for a uniquely purifying and meaningful experience.


Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike. Everyone can benefit from these timeless teachings that are practical and modern. Everyone is welcome!
