Challenging Perfectionism
guided meditation retreat
SAT January 3 | 10am - 1pm
with Gen Kelsang Chokyi, Resident Teacher
We may feel we’ll be truly happy and content once we finally get things just right in our lives. When we find the perfect partner, the perfect job, or the perfect home, or we achieve the perfect level of health, wealth, and so on.
Yet in truth it’s possible to be truly at peace and happy right here and now. In particular, when we let go of the idea that we need everything to be perfect in our lives, we discover a deeper peace and happiness in our day to day lives.
What to expect? Gentle guided meditations, short teachings as well as Q&A in the last session. Everyone can benefit from this course— you don't have to be Buddhist to participate.
