Mahamudra RETREAT

with Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Chokyi

Through the practice of meditation we can develop and maintain a peaceful mind all the time.
If our mind is peaceful all the time, we will be happy all the time. So, if we really wish for ourself and others to be happy all the time we must learn to practice meditation. Eventually, through practicing Mahamudra meditation we will be able to benefit each and every living being every day. There is no greater meaning than this.

In this Mahamudra Retreat, we will be using "Heart Jewel" sadhana. Gen Chokyi will give a talk and guided meditation using instructions from "The Oral Instructions of Mahamudra" by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. She will also be using analogies given by Mahamudra masters to gain more experience in our abilities to increase our concentration.
