The Begin to Meditate Retreat will explore the fundamentals of meditation from a Buddhist point of view. In this retreat the following will be covered:

> Getting Started: The Basics & Breathing
> How to Meditate: Techniques
> Mindfulness in Daily Life: A Daily Meditation Practice



This retreat is for beginners. Everyone can benefit from these timeless teachings that are practical and modern. Everyone is welcome!

 

 

 

 

This is a retreat presented live via Zoom with 24 hours to watch. An email link will be sent once you have registered.

Session 2 - 11:15AM - 12PM

Session 3 - 12:15 - 1PM
