The Begin to Meditate Retreat will explore the fundamentals of meditation from a Buddhist point of view. In this retreat the following will be covered:

> Mindfulness in Daily Life: A Daily Meditation Practice
This retreat is for beginners. Everyone can benefit from these timeless teachings that are practical and modern. Everyone is welcome!

Session 1 - 10:00 - 11AM
Session 2 - 11:15AM - 12PM
Session 3 - 12:15 - 1PM
