FRI Feb 7
6 - 7:30pm
Perhaps, you feel vulnerable about loving others. Fear of rejection and loss can take a strong hold on our ability to love others and make us feel unable to love. So, how can we open our hearts to loving others fearlessly?
Join Gen Kelsang Zamling, Resident Teacher at KMC Chicago, to explore loving with confidence vs attachment. Creating connections with others without expectations vs wanting comfort, security and excitement we crave from them. Using wisdom methods, we can open our hearts to loving others fearlessly.
The talk will include guided meditations, short teaching as well as Q&A. Everyone can benefit from this talk — you don't have to be Buddhist to participate.
