Buddha understood how to distinguish between love and attachment. We all know that feeling of being “driven” by attachment versus the open-hearted feeling of love that wishes others to be happy with no expectations.
Come explore how to make your relationships better by putting Buddha’s ancient wisdom into your daily life. You will experience the joy and harmony that natural happens from shifting your perspective with wisdom.
The class consists of two meditations, a talk on the benefits and healing nature of patience as well as some practical advice on how to integrate acceptance into daily life. Everyone is welcome — no meditation expereince is necessary.
