Finding Balance in Life
Does it seem like your life is imbalanced. Do you feel tired or stressed? Come explore methods to bring your life back to balance through exploring your aspirations, how you can focus in a meaningful way and establishing mindfulness through meditation.
This series is taught by Gen Kelsang Chokyi, Resident Teacher at KMC Blooomington, and is based on Geshe Kelsang Gyatso's book "How to Understand the Mind”.
The class consists of two meditations, a talk on the benefits and healing nature of patience as well as some practical advice on how to integrate acceptance into daily life. Everyone is welcome — no meditation expereince is necessary.
