Building a Positive Life

Buddha taught how to generate and maintain positive states of mind through meditation. We can accomplish this both in our formal meditation and in our daily life. When we integrate these ancient teachings into our daily life, problems and suffering states of mind begin to subside and eventually they will permanently cease to appear. Come explore how to build a more positive life for yourself and others.

This class series is taught by Gen Kelsang Chokyi, Resident Teacher at KMC Bloomington, and is based on Modern Buddhism by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, 

Everyone can benefit from meditation whether you are Buddhist or non-Buddhist. You will have 24 hours to listen.
