Buddhist teachings explain that our suffering comes about due to uncontrolled and painful states of mind known as delusions.
In Part 1 of this two-part series, we will investigate the delusion of anger, including the minds of resentment , spite, and jealousy and their impact on our ability to be happy and to enjoy life.
In Part 2, we will explore the mind of desirous attachment or uncontrolled desire, miserliness, pretension/pride, and mistaken view.Learning practical methods to recognize and reduce the power of these delusions will allow us to experience a deep and satisfying emotional freedom, and give us skill to be the person we wish to be – positive, joyful , confident and loving.
Everyone is welcome. Registration is not needed. Drop-in to any class of the series.
