Overcoming Craving and Addiction

Nearly everyone suffers from cravings, uncontrolled desires, or addiction. However, by training in the inner science of meditation and mindfulness, you can develop insight into the underlying causes of craving and addiction, and gradually weaken and finally break free completely. This Saturday course will include guided meditations, insightful and practical teachings, and opportunity for discussion, so you can take the next steps toward authentic healing, peace, confidence, and greater life purpose.
