Do you feel isolated in your feelings? Do you bottle them up trying to navigate life without looking deeply out of fear or being overwhelmed?

Gen Chokyi will explore how to fearlessly navigate painful feelings like sadness, worry and distress. We can use our unfortunate conditions with meditation to transform our minds and gradually reduce painful feelings having control over us.

“In these impure times we encounter many hindrances,
and so we need a special method for transforming difficult conditions
into causes of spiritual paths that bring pure happiness.”

— Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche

Everyone is welcome to come to this retreat; no meditation experience is necessary.
